Born in Canada, Rosemary spent her childhood in Australia and came of age in South Africa, forging a deep, lasting connection to that beloved country, her  spiritual home.

Passions for fine art and psychology shaped her work-life. After beginning her career in client-based social work, she shifted her focus to art and graphic design which led her to a high-powered career in Advertising, Marketing and Promotions. For more than a decade she worked on brand development for some of the largest organizations in the world (Toys "R" Us, Staples, Air Canada, FedEx, IBM and Pepsi, to name a few).
It was in this arena that Rosemary honed her people skills, creating and leading awesome teams of wonderfully diverse, creative, non "team oriented" individuals.  In 1995 she became involved in corporate and personal change work, which led her back to the world of psychology, human potential and coaching.

Rosemary launched Miboso as a Personal Branding Consultancy, in 1998. Her role as a Personal Branding Coach enabled her to merge her branding expertise with the psychology of success. Today, Miboso has grown into a full service brand agency, with over 20 partners around the world. During this time, Rosemary  has helped over 1,000 brilliant, committed, talented entrepreneurs, independent professionals and business owners develop inspiring Personal Visions, Authentic Personal Brands & solid business growth strategies.  

The Many Faces of Coaching™ Show is a natural extension of Rosemary's fascination and talent for exposing, expanding and expressing individual genius.  By interviewing people who have leveraged their genius to achieve success - or who are well on the way to doing so - she provides inspiration, direction and validation to those who are either contemplating change or are in the early stages of their journeys.
